- Please ensure all shipping addresses and instructions are clear and correct, as any parcels returned to us due to an invalid address with incur a charge possible payable by the customer
- If shipping address is found to be incorrect/missing information and your parcel has been lost by courier, please note we are not liable for this and we are unable to process a refund for you.

Orders must be placed before 2 pm to be guaranteed delivery by the next working day Monday - Thursday only. Please note orders placed on a Friday for next day won't be processed until the following Monday. Please note this also applied to Saturday Express Deliveries , orders need to be placed before 2 pm on a Friday to receive next day Saturday.

Normal practices state that there is no deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

- Next Day orders are delivered the Next Working Day and exclude weekends.
